Air Force One

Yesterday when I was teaching at The Shelter, people kept coming down off the roof of the classroom building. People in uniform. People wearing police uniforms and people wearing military clothes. And people with GUNS! I looked at the guys, and asked, "What's going on??" "Oh," they replied, George Bush is leaving Thailand soon, and so security is using our roof to look out over Don Muang airport when Airforce One takes off."

One of the staff members then proceded to show me a few pictures he had taken of Air Force One landing the day before. (The Shelter is very near Don Muang, and all landing planes swoop over the home with deafening noise. I often have to stop talking until yet another plane passes.:)

Anyway, I asked them to send me pictures of Air Force One. Below is one of those pictures. Wish I could say I'd seen it myself.....
