Teaching English

Wow, I am just realizing how much English I am beginning to teach, even with the many no-shows. I have a Monday evening class, a Tuesday evening class, a Wednesday afternoon class, a Saturday afternon class, as well as a time set apart to teach Gop (the apartment manager's 12-year-old) and now Noy (the 18-year-old across the street).

My Monday evening and Tuesday evening classes may begin to mesh together, as several students talk about coming to both classes, even if they just listen in on the more difficult class. So we'll see what happens.

Here is last night's class:

And here is tonight's class. They were in rare form tonight, laughing and being silly about who knows what (literally, since a lot of it was in Thai in between the English:).

People from tonight's class also came laden with gifts. One girl brought me 3 beautiful red roses, and another girl brought me a little wicker basket and a snack. I am being pampered!
