Samitivej's 29th

Today I went in to the hospital to get my eye checked, as it has been more cloudy the last two weeks. I received a good report; in fact, my vision in that eye is now 20/20!:) The doctor says the haze is still debris from the infection but that my eye itself is free from infection. So I will continue to wait out the haziness.:)

While I was at the hospital, I noticed a huge "cake" celebrating Samitivej's 29th year of operations (no pun intended!!:).

I also went to say hi to my infectious diseases specialist, Dr. Onumar. She is so sweet and so fun. She grabbed my hands and told me "when" I return to Thailand I will need to stay for 10 years.:) Then she told me the next time I am in the area to stop by and see her again because she wants to give me something. She spoils me! But I love her.:)
